After selecting a gallery, if you are connected to the internet by cable I find that the best way to see the whole set of images is to click on "Slideshow" at the upper right of the screen. A tap on "-" diminishes the view time, " " increases it. And to close, hit "x" at the upper right corner.

If you are not using cable the slideshow may be very slow.
